With a rich background spanning over 15 years in the corporate landscape, immersed in Leadership Development, Experience Design, Media/Advertising and Leadership + Systems Coaching, Christi embodies skillfulness and charisma as she guides leaders and teams through their most challenging moments. She’s partnered with senior leaders across a slew of industries including media, advertising, tech, finance, small business, food science, construction/mining, and the non-profit sector, as well as spearheading transformative team and group coaching experiences for industry-leading teams, impacting some of the globe’s most recognizable brands.

Outside of her life as a coach and consultant, Christi cherishes time with her husband and three small children, is a lifelong learner, an enthusiastic Ohio State Buckeye fan, and a frequent visitor to the Chicago Botanic Garden.
